APPLICATION PROCESS

Joining the SHS community is a clear and straightforward process — let’s get started on your child’s application.
1 Complete The Application Form
We warmly invite you to visit the school or download the Application Form. Please don’t hesitate to contact our admissions team, they will be happy to assist you.
2Provide Supporting Documents
  • Two passport size photographs of the child. (not older than six months)
  • Two passport size photographs of both parents.
  • Self-attested copy of the Birth Certificate of the ward issued by Municipal Corporation.
  • Certified copy of the previous Report Card (for classes I and above).
  • Original Transfer Certificate of last school attended of child for classes II onwards.
  • Self-attested copy of Adhaar Card of the child and parents.
Note: The school shall have the sole discretion to seek any further document if needed.
3 Learning More About Your Child
Every child has their own unique strengths and learning needs. To better understand and support each individual, we may arrange consultations such as face-to-face meetings or assessment tests. This process usually takes around two weeks, depending on our mutual availability.
4 Application Review
Once the above is completed, our Head of School will review your application to make the best recommendation for your child.

Your child is in! Our admissions team will assist you with the final formalities and help you get ready for your child’s first day of school.

FEES & AGE CRITERIA

Breakdown

Registration Fee

The school charges a registration fee of 500 INR at the beginning of the admission process. This fee is required to initiate and process the application.

Admission Fee

For new applicants, there will be an admission fee of 20,000 INR

Transport Fee

At SHS, students who opt for the school’s transport service are charged a transport fee, which starts at 15,00 INR per month and varies based on the distance.

Siblings Waiver

We offer an exclusive sibling discount on admission fees if they study with us at the same time. The more the number of siblings enrolled with us, the higher the discount!

ADMISSION GUIDELINES
  • Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.
  • The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, collect the school prospectus and fill out the Admission Application Form
  • The Admission Application Form should be filled in and submitted to the school Office within the stipulated time. An incomplete or illegible application form will not be accepted.
  • Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session.
  • The admission application form may be filled in by parent/single parent/the legal guardian having the sole custody of the child (should be supported by valid legal documents).
  • Kindly ensure that the form is complete and reviewed for accuracy before submission.
  • Admission is strictly based on merit.
  • The Admission Form must be completed and duly signed by both the parents
