About Siddhantam Society
Motto of the Society
The Slate Share Education Technological Society is led by a group of eminent academicians, alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology, the Indian Institutes of Management and retired defence personnel. The members of the society, after achieving great success in their careers, wish to further contribute towards the upliftment of people by facilitating educational instruction with high standards at an affordable cost. As a demonstration of its commitment towards this objective, the society has adopted ‘To Nurture, Inspire & Empower’ as its motto. These words will serve as the perpetual guiding stars for the society in its quest for transformation through education.
The Society
The President of the society is Mr. Sudhir Dayal who has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Dayal currently serves at the Chief Executive Officer of an asset restructuring firm and he has served as a General Manager of the State Bank of India.
Wing Commander Dr. Rahul Dayal is a former Indian Air Force Officer with specialization in radars, missiles, and satellite communication, and a doctorate in the Environmental Management. Dr. Dayal brings rich and diverse experiences, working for over 27 years as an Air Force Officer, and over 20 years as Senior Administrator across several Engineering Colleges in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Dr. Dayal is the Secretary of the Society.
Dr. D. K. Gupta is a well respected entrepreneur in the Medical and Social Welfare Sector, managing the reputable chain of Felix hospitals, known for catering to the underprivileged at low cost. His contributions in promoting physical and mental health in the media have been instrumental in assisting the people of Gautam Budh Nagar during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Manish Kumar is the Founding Director of an infrastructure development firm, Neev. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Mr. Kumar has devoted more than 20 years of his life to the construction of schools and hospitals across the country.
Mr. Nikhil Arora is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a Masters in Management from a French University. Mr. Arora previously served as the Vice-President of a financial company in London and is currently engaged in social work in India’s educational sector.
Mr. Anuj is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad. A former Vice President at OcZiff, London, Mr. Anuj has previously worked in several financial institutions and hedge fund companies. He now has established his own non banking financial companies in India and London.
Mr. JaswantSingh is a Co-Founding Director at Neev with instrumental contributions in constructing a chain of schools and hospitals in various parts of Uttar Pradesh and the Northeast, India.
Mr. Sudhir Saxena is a retired Colonel of the Indian Army, with more than 35 years of experience working in diverse terrains across the country. Following his retirement, Col. Saxena is devoting his time to social work through cost-free motivational counseling.
Mr. Anshul is an architect by profession. He has designed numerous hospitals and educational institutions throughout India, particularly contributing to the betterment of the society in the remote areas of the country.

Motto of the Society
The Slate Share Educational Technology Society was formed by a group of eminent academicians, IIT/IIM Alumni and retired defense personnel. The aim of the society is to impart good education along with moral values through SIDDHANTAM HERITAGE SCHOOL established in 2023 at Ghaziabad.
The Society
- Mr Sudhir Dayal is the President of the society who has retired from SBI as GM. He was also the CEO of an Asset management firm in Delhi.
- Wing Commander Dr. Rahul Dayal is a former Indian Air Force Officer who has worked on radars and missiles. He has a PHD in Management and has also served as Dean Academics in many Engineering colleges in NCR. He is the Secretary of the Society.
- Dr. D. K. Gupta is the CMD of FELIX Group of Hospitals. He is also known as a social activist and an author.
- Mr. Manish Kumar is an Alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and the Founding Director of an infrastructure development firm, Neev. Mr. Kumar has constructed many schools and hospitals across the country.
- Mr. Nikhil Arora is an alumnus of IIT, Kharagpur and has master’s in management from a French University. Mr. Arora has also served as the Vice-President of a financial company in London.
- Mr. Anuj is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He has been the Vice President at OCZiff at London. Presently he is the CFO of two companies in India and United Kingdom.
- Mr. Jaswant Singh is a Co-Founder Director at Neev He has constructed a chain of schools and hospitals in various parts of Uttar Pradesh and the Northeast, India. .He is the Treasurer of the society.
- Mr. Sudhir Saxena is a retired Colonel of the Indian Army, with 35 years of experience. Presently he is engaged in social work.
- Mr. Anshul is an architect by profession and has designed numerous hospitals and educational institutions throughout India.
